In the event that a complaint is made, WorkMatters can provide professional, efficient, confidential and impartial investigation services.
An investigation involves a WorkMatters Consultant inquiring into a complaint or grievance that has been made. Following the investigation, the Consultant will provide advice regarding the substance of the complaint and the facts in dispute. Recommendations and strategies to achieve issue resolution outcomes can also be provided.
